Myriam Angulo
Myriam is our Chief Operations Officer, but is also our Chief Couturista! She has spent her life living her passions for travel, food and wine and discovering hidden gems all over the world. Having successfully run her own tour company more than 20 years, she co-founded Couturista with Laz because she has always dreamed of building a program around artisans and unique shopping experiences. Her love of fashion and unique partnerships are a big reason why our Couturista tours are so highly regarded amongst her clientele and within the industry at large.
Lazaro Priegues
Laz leads Couturista's Business Development and Investor Relations. His enthusiasm for culture and travel is the driving force behind Couturista. A true lover of fashion, art and culture, Laz has turned his passion into a reality. Having traveled the world with his two discerning daughters who love to shop for local designers, their influence has provided him insight that brings worldly vision to Couturista that is sophisticated and most of all, curated.
Maria Vittoria Amasino
Maria Vittoria Amasino fell in love with fashion at the age of 3. She then went on to study and graduate from Italy's prestigious Accademia della Moda as well as The Polimoda private Fashion School of Santo Versace and Ferruccio Ferragamo. At 22 years old she started designing for one of the largest textile houses in Prato, Italy producing for Zara, Massimo Dutti , El Corte Inglés, Arturo Calle, and Falabella among others. Vittoria currently works as fashion consultant for various fashion houses and she is the curator for Couturista’s shopping itineraries in Italy. Her many years of experience in fashion brings unique programming to Couturista tours. Her insiders knowledge of the fashion world helps to design Couturista's programs, workshops and visits that are truly exclusive and greatly distinguish us from other tours.
